ARMED GUARD SECURITY OFFICER

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and disciplined Armed Security Guard to safeguard our premises, assets, and personnel. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through proactive surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response. Your expertise in law enforcement procedures, CCTV monitoring, and loss prevention will be essential in deterring threats and ensuring safety at all times. Duties Conduct regular patrols of the facility using surveillance equipment and physical inspections to identify potential security breaches or safety hazards Monitor CCTV systems continuously to observe activity and detect suspicious behavior or unauthorized access Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, conflicts, or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills and law enforcement protocols as needed Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities of visitors, contractors, and employees before granting entry Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, assisting injured individuals until emergency services arrive Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incident responses to ensure proper procedures are followed Implement loss prevention strategies by observing for theft or vandalism and taking appropriate action to prevent or address these issues Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security documentation accurately and promptly Qualifications Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a focus on safety and protection Knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems, access control protocols, and security technology tools Certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management is highly desirable Strong understanding of law enforcement procedures and emergency response protocols Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert during long shifts Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while maintaining professionalism Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, law enforcement officials, and the public Join us as an Armed Security Guard and become a vital part of our commitment to safety!
