GREENJAY PROTECTIVE GROUP IS RECRUITING ARMED & UNARMED EXECUTIVE PROTECTION AGENTS — New York City and Boston. GreenJay Protective Group is building a roster of qualified professionals for on-call executive protection assignments in New York City and Boston. We are a veteran-owned protective security and technology company providing executive and family protection, estate security, protective intelligence, secure movement support, advance operations, technical surveillance solutions, and integrated command-and-control services for private clients, executives, family offices, and organizations with elevated security requirements. ■ COMPENSATION: • Armed EP Agent: $600 per 12-hour assignment day • Unarmed EP Agent: $500 per 12-hour assignment day • Per diem provided for qualifying assignments • Approved travel, lodging, parking, tolls, and assignment-related expenses paid • Compensation and assignment details confirmed before deployment • Opportunities for continued assignments and potential future W-2 positions as the company expands ■ POSITION TYPE: On-call, assignment-based executive protection work. Agents may accept assignments based on their availability and the requirements of each detail. Assignments may include executive protection, close protection, protective escort, secure movement, advance work, residential or estate protection, event coverage, transportation support, and other protective-security responsibilities. ■ MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Current or retired law-enforcement experience • Strong judgment, discretion, situational awareness, and communication skills • Professional appearance and ability to operate appropriately around executives, families, corporate personnel, and high-profile clients • Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information • Reliable transportation and ability to report on time • Ability to successfully complete background, reference, and credential screening in accordance with applicable law • Active officers must be authorized to perform outside employment under their agency's policies • Must possess all licenses and credentials required for the assigned jurisdiction and role ■ ARMED-AGENT REQUIREMENTS: Armed applicants must have current, verifiable legal authority and all required licenses, registrations, firearms qualifications, and credentials necessary to perform armed protective duties in New York City and/or Massachusetts. Applicants should clearly identify the jurisdictions in which they are legally authorized to work armed. ■ PHYSICAL READINESS: Executive protection is physically demanding. Applicants must maintain the physical readiness required to: • Work and remain attentive throughout a 12-hour assignment • Stand and walk for extended periods • Navigate stairs and move quickly when circumstances require • Assist with emergency movement and evacuation • Carry reasonable protective and communications equipment • Perform protective duties safely while maintaining a professional appearance Continued physical readiness is a condition of assignment. ■ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Formal executive-protection or close-protection training • Prior experience protecting executives, dignitaries, high-net-worth families, or public figures • Protective-driving or emergency-vehicle-operations training • Advance-work and route-planning experience • Medical training, including CPR/AED, First Aid, EMT, TCCC, or equivalent • Firearms, defensive tactics, de-escalation, intelligence, surveillance-detection, or counter-surveillance training Formal executive-protection training is preferred but is not required for otherwise qualified applicants.
