Armed off-duty or retired police officers are needed for temporary security assignments at the Spirit Halloween stores listed below. Dates: October 23-31, 2026 Hours: 3:00 PM-11:30 PM daily Pay: $85 per hour Responsibilities - Greet guests and maintain a visible security presence. - Conduct interior sweeps throughout the shift. - Check the exterior of the entire building, including trash-container areas. - Check the security camera monitor to confirm all cameras are operational. - Inspect the rear exterior of the store before closing. - Escort associates to their vehicles when leaving at closing. - Provide general crowd control. Eligibility Armed off-duty or retired police officers only. Confirm with the employer that you meet the requirements for the specific assignment and location. Payment The hiring employer hires and pays officers directly. Pay is $85 per hour, paid by EFT within 15 days after the assignment ends. Completed W-9 and EFT forms are required.
